African Art inspired by Zulus & internationally acclaimed is now located in the Caversham Valley of the Midlands, South Africa

Ardmore Ceramic Art is African Art inspired by the Zulu's legends and myths. Internationally acclaimed, it is now located in the Caversham Valley of the Midlands, South Africa.

Fee Halsted-Burning is the lady who established Ardmore Ceramic Art, which was launched on the Ardmore Farm in the central Drakensberg. Now the art which is the expression in Zulu artistic imagery of nature, folklore and tradition can be viewed along the Midlands Meander in KwaZulu-Natal.

The Art has become a collectors' item for all those that have a passion for the form. As collections now become more apparent, Ardmore offers the opportunity to value these collections.

The ceramics are novel and unique. The work is reminiscent of European tableware in the faience tradition, which shares with Ardmore a number of similarities being encrusted with extrusions, brightly coloured and designed for show more than function
