Standard and luxury self catering accommodation in the Caversham Valley

Situated in the Caversham valley, alongside a cozy restaurant offering a great menu. Impafana Cottages are also known as Caversham Mill cottages.

The Impafana Cottages have a corrugated iron exterior and prefabricated interior walls (in keeping with the 18th century atmosphere of the place) they are nicely furnished, well equipped and have a private garden.

Mncane cottage has a twin room, double room, shower-room, bathroom, lounge with fireplace and TV (Guests may bring their own decoder for DSTV), dining area and kitchen.

Umkhulu Cottage has a twin room, lounge with fireplace and TV, Bathroom with a Victorian-style bath, dining area, Queen-sized double bedded room with a door leading out to garden, another twin bedded room, kitchen and outside shower-room.

Mill Cottage is a rustic cottage behind the restaurant and contains a double room with an en suite bathroom, a shower-room, single bed in lounge area with fireplace, dining area, kitchenette and another room with a double bed and single bed.

The Manor House is set apart from the other buildings with a view and sound of a bubbling stream and waterfall. It is elegantly furnished and well equipped. It has a welcoming courtyard, dining area with a fireplace, kitchenette with a gas and electric stove, eye-level oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, lounge area with doors leading out to the garden, a living room with fireplace and doors leading out onto a deck with a view of the river, a communication centre and a library with fireplace.

The Family suite consists of 2 twin bedded rooms and a bathroom with shower over the bath. The Double suite consists of a double bed, couch, en suite bathroom with bath and shower, doors leading out onto a deck with a view of the peaceful garden. A staircase down stairs leads to the Garden suite with a double bed and single sleeper couch, full bathroom and door opening out onto a wooden deck with a view of the garden.

The Caversham Mill Restaurant has a lovely view of the river and produces delectable meals!
