Sani Top Chalet offers accommodation at the top of the Sani Pass overlooking the foothills of Natal from the Mountain Kingdom of Lesotho.

Situated on the edge of the Drakensberg escarpment with the highest pub in Southern Africa!

In the Chalet there are 4 x 4-bedded rooms especially for families. However, these may be used as private double rooms or even as singles. There are only shared ablution facilities with no en suite rooms. There is also a Rondavel for double accommodation only.

The Backpackers section consists of 8 bunk beds in dormitory style accommodation. There are limited kitchen facilities and shared ablution facilities. No linen is supplied and sleeping bags and towels should be brought.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT VALID PASSPORTS ARE REQUIRED TO ACCESS SANI TOP CHALET AND THE S.A. BORDER TIMES ARE 08H00 TO 16H00 DAILY. THESE TIMES ARE STRICTLY ADHERED TO SO PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR ARRANGEMENTS FALL WITHIN THESE TIMES.
