Thatchings is a family run Guest House and small Conference Venue 3km from the N3 highway and 12km from Nottingham Road.

Situated on 1000ha of which 135 acres are of enchanting gardens and trout dams. Relax quietly and enjoy our birdlife and wildlife. Part of the delightful Midlands Meander, and well situated for Bosch Hoek Golf Course. Not a spot for a social whirl, but rather a quiet, gentle place to ease mind, body and soul. Fresh flowers, books, magazines, goose down duvets and personal attention are all standard extras.

The Bed & Breakfast accommodation consists of the following:

Room 1 & 2 Each sleep four people in a room with a double bed and two single beds with a bathroom en suite.

Room 3, 4 & 5 Each sleep two people in twin bedded rooms en suite.

Room 6 & 6a Sleep four people, they are inter-leading rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that share a bathroom.

Room 5 is the Junior Suite and comprises a large bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom.

The Bridal Suite has a four-poster bed, lounge with couch and large bathroom.

All the rooms have a tea tray, TV, heaters & electric blankets.

 We have a pet friendly area by arrangement.
