Rose cottage has a double bedroom, en-suite bathroom, simple kitchenette, lounge with fireplace, full DSTV and single sleeper couch.

Near Rose cottage is an annex attached to the main house with a King-sized double bed en suite, for an extra couple.

If you are familiar with Ballina Ice-Cream, this is where it is made. The dairy parlour is a must to visit to taste the different flavours of Ballina Ice-Cream as well as light lunches.
